All e-books and digital content sold on our website are digital products. Because these products are delivered instantly via download or online access after purchase, all sales are considered final once the product is purchased and access is granted. Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, we generally do not offer cancellations or refunds. This is due to the irreversible nature of digital content delivery.
You may request to cancel an order only before the download link or access to the e-book has been sent. After the digital product has been made available for download or access, cancellations are not possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details. We will let you know whether your cancellation request can be processed.
Although most digital purchases are final, we consider refund requests in the following cases:
a. Technical Delivery Issues
If you are unable to access, download, or open the e-book due to technical issues, and our support team cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund or file replacement.
b. Duplicate Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same e-book due to a technical error, we may refund the duplicate charge upon verification of your payment.
